Refund Policy

TrafficFilter plans are prepaid and paid in USDT (TRC20). There are no subscriptions to cancel and no charges you did not start yourself.

Try before you pay

The Free plan has no time limit. Use it to check that the connector and your filters work on your host before you buy a paid plan.

Payments are final

Once a payment is confirmed as finished and your plan is active, it is not refunded, in full or for unused time. Plans never renew on their own, so you only pay again when you choose to.

When a payment goes wrong

Some payments do not activate a plan on their own and are reviewed by hand:

• you sent less than the invoice amount;
• you paid the same invoice twice, or sent an extra payment;
• the amount or currency did not match the invoice;
• the plan you paid for could no longer be applied, for example because your plan changed after the invoice was made.

For these we either activate the plan you paid for or agree a solution with you. Email hello@trafficfilter.app with your account email and the invoice reference.

Upgrades and downgrades

• An upgrade charges only the price difference for the time left on your current plan, with a small minimum charge; your end date stays the same.
• A lower plan can be bought when 3 days or less are left on your current one, so a downgrade never forfeits more than those days.

When a plan ends

Your account moves to the Free plan and keeps all its settings. Links beyond the Free limits serve their safe page, and advanced rules and the VPN/proxy filter are skipped until you renew.
